Went here for dinner while visiting Letchworth State Park. Great little spot just about a 15 minute drive out of the state park. We walked in and the place was just about full on a Tuesday evening. We were greeted by Hannah who was taking care of every table in the place (there were about ten tables). Considering she was the only server we were expecting things to be slow but we were very wrong. Hannah was very attentive and took care of us as if we were her only table even though she was clearly busy running all of the tables. As a former waitress myself I was really impressed with her friendliness and ability to multitask while still paying attention to her guests. Now let's get to the food, we ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the pasta Alfredo. While we were waiting for our food we could see the pasta being freshly rolled out which was awesome! Our food was absolutely delicious, honestly hands down the best Italian we have ever had (and we've had a lot). Very flavorful and obviously house made, everything from the salad dressing to the meatballs and pasta were just delicious. This was our first time to this area and our first meal on our two week long vacation, and it sure was memorable. We love supporting local, and this place is everything you want to see in a small town restaurant and more! To say we enjoyed ourselves is an understatement, and kudos again to Hannah for the service!

Very cute little place. Nice decor and a jazzy feel, with tin ceilings that look sharp. Had a great homemade fettuccine with fresh tomatoes and shrimp. Crisp, fresh yet nicely warmed tomatoes. Big, well cooked shrimp. The pasta was fantastic! Nicely firm, you really can taste a fresh pasta, so much more enjoyable than the normal stuff. Service was attentive and cheerful. When instantly slammed with customers, she kept a great attitude. I know when the opportunity arises, I will enjoy coming back!

Driving through Mr. Morris on my way back home to Syracuse, I happened to notice the storefront of this restaurant and decided to give it a try. I was very happy to find that it was clean and inviting. I had the bruschetta as an appetizer and shrimp scampi for dinner. Both were excellent and topped off the meal with a couple of Italian cookies which were also very good. If you have a chance, stop by and check it out. You won't be sorry.

Lasagna. Delicious, fresh, hot, cheesy, mouth watering pasta goodness. Well, this was an unexpected find in the upper regions of New York State. Not much in this small quaint town that looks like it's plucked from middle America in the 1950's, but Mount Morris has some nice spots such as Questa Lasagna that was a terrfic food find! After I ran a Tough Mudder last summer in upstate NY the next day we were driving up to Buffalo and Niagra Falls using the GPS and it had us pass through this town for some odd reason. As a storm was just starting we decided to park the car and duck into a few places during the rain. One biz owner suggested we check out Questa for lunch. So glad we did! It's a small hidden gem of a place that is family owned and makes all their pastas on site. Nice simply stated decor and wonderful sevice. The prices are right too. As for the food? Let's just say that the homemade lasagna was spot-on fabulous! We opted to start with some crispy hot garlic bread, and also odered a cheese lasagna and a beef lasanga. All I can say is - Wow! The lasanga here can feed an army as it's piled high in a bowl and tastes wonderful. The chef here knows how to make a proper lasagna. We had to try some dessert, and being that we were both stuffed with lasagna carb overdose babies we decided to share a chocolate lasagna. The pasta was made of chocolate, and the cannoli filling was the ricotta along with fresh whipped cream and chocolate ganache to finish it off. More than enough for two to share. It's a unique and fun dessert that was a perfect ending to a marvelous meal find. We drove up to Buffalo fat and happy. Glad the GPS had us stumble upon this spot.

Deliciously fresh pasta and lasagna. The gluten-free pasta is also vegan, so that's what I had. It was topped with roasted veggies and sauce-- yum! The waitress was very sweet and accommodating when she learned I had dietary restrictions. Giant portions that fill you up, so expect to bring a box full of food back home with you! A hidden gem in Livingston County I wish more people knew about.

Had to redirect a party of 20 across the street to Charred (5 stars!) due to the EXTREME rudeness of the owner. I booked a reservation for 20 people. Upon early arrival, the owner was there in the restaurant. I knocked on the door and he very begrudgingly approached, proceeded to crack the door, tell me they open and 12. I informed him that I wished to arrange seating for the 20. He repeated they open at 12, slammed the door in my face and locked it. It was brought to my attention that his liberal shop owner buddy named Jane from Main St. who HOSTED AN EVENT FOR CUOMO!!! got to him and undoubtedly did the usual self-loathing liberal rage infested rant and soured him. The people at our lunch were from the Divide NY Caucus, wanting to dump NYC, Rockland and Westchester Counties and form a separate region. We were treated horribly. It's sad, because I have been to this place before and the food was very good. The service sucked though. The waitress ignored me and my friend for about 10 minutes, no water, no menus. We were the only people in the entire place besides staff. When a party of about 8 walked in she hustled right over with what we had to ask for twice. The people at Questa Lasagna really need to recognize their places and stations. Get over yourselves. Be advised!! Liberals have landed in Mt. Morris and they are already out spewing their vile hatred with gusto!

Ambience is very pleasant. Restaurant is very clean and decor is simple and crisp. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by their menu. This menu was simple. There's a varied, but small selection, which is a REALLY good indication that most of the food is house made. Service was kind and prompt. Food is on point!! We got the vegetable lasagna, pasta fagioli, and canoli. I could tell right away that the lasagna noodles were house made (I forgot to ask if they were for sure. But I would be surprised if they aren't). They put fresh flowers on the table (to me, that's always an indication of pride and attention to detail). I ended my meal with an espresso, which I thought was good. I would LOVE to come back!!

What a gem of a place. I come here for take out every time I drive through the southern tier. I love their home made pastas, and their eggplant parm is really amazing!

The food is delicious, but a bit heavy. I tend to leave a bit too full. However, there service is good and the choice of deserts is excellent. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for an Italian meal.

Great marinara sauce. Flavorful but light. They make their own pasta fresh here and you can taste the difference.

We had a nice lunch at this clean friendly place today. Quick service, many choices and it all appeared to be homemade. Plan to stop by tomorrow to try one of their homemade pies.

I stopped in Mt. Morris on a surprise visit to see my aunt and uncle who live there and had been proudly telling me for several years how nice the commercial district had become--full of galleries, restaurants, boutiques, and antique shops. When I arrived just before lunch, there was a lot of discussion (between them AND the customers in their shop) as to where they could take me to lunch to make SURE I'd want to come back soon. The consensus was Questa Lasangna--and it was a great choice. Walking through the door of this spacious, nicely appointed shop, I was overcome with the delicious aromas of bread baking and other goodies on the grill. I was especially happy to see several enticing VEGETARIAN options on the menu. My aunt said she recommended the paninis for lunch, so I tried the roasted vegetable one. Roasted vegetables are something that a LOT of places do poorly--but these were delicious with a light balsamic flavor that made them melt-in-your-mouth yummy. The sandwich was served with a home-made pasta salad featuring tasting little sweet and sour pickled veggies--again, not something I'd usually love, but done SO well it was irresistible. With the salad the lunch portion overall was big enough that I brought home half of the sandwich. All that for $8! I'm excited to plan another day in Mt. Morris--and hopefully introduce a friend or two to this delicious eatery!

I ordered take-out beef lasagna from Questa Lasagna once and loved it. Given my good experience and the glowing yelp reviews I took someone special here for dinner on a saturday night. Call it an off night, an anomaly, whatever, but this place failed to deliver. Check it.. In their defense, from the moment we walked in, it was obvious the waitstaff was overwhelmed. All but 3 tables were occupied and the free tables had been marked as reserved. After a lot of flustered sighs and discussions among the waitstaff, we along with another couple that came in before us were escorted to a side room, off the main dining area that had about half a dozen additional tables. After about 15 minutes almost all those tables were occupied; yes Questa was the place to be in Mt. Morris. Our waitress, bless her heart was well intentioned but in over her head. I heard another waitress telling people at a nearby table "we weren't planning to open this section tonight but we didn't want to turn people away". This is not a homeless shelter and it wasnt 10 below outside. This is a restaurant with $15-$17 entrees and truth be told I would have rather been told there would be a wait then to be given sloppy service and sloppier food. Service was atrocious. Took way too long to get our salads, bread and entrees. We ordered garlic bread as an appetizer right off the bat. So what went down was we were brought the plain bread and butter that comes with every meal, 10 minutes later, salads, 10 minutes later some very stale crumbly garlic bread and 20 minutes later entrees. I guess it's my fault for not sticking to the lasagna. Our waitress didn't bother to mention the specials to us, which in retrospect was a blessing in disguise. I overheard another waitress mentioning the dinner special which was a shrimp with pasta dish. As evidenced by the photo I posted, the amount of oil and liquid on the dish was unacceptable; practically spilling off the plate. The spaghetti and meatballs we also ordered was merely ok, and this from someone who is not nearly as picky as I am. I wanted to try the chocolate lasagna but by the end of the long disappointing meal we didnt want to prolong the torture. I know this place has a loyal following and there are few choices in mt morris, so if you can take anything from my misfortune, Id recommend sticking to lasagnas and to-go orders

While four stars and great reviews aided in my decision to vist Questa Lasagna for the first time it was also my last. When you order "Spaghetti and Meatballs" and you receive just one meatball that should have been a red flag. The salad that came with the meal looked to be a bed of greens on a plate with a couple croutons and a paper thin piece of cucumber. The lone meatball was just enough because it lacked any flavor and was dry. The pasta and sauce were nothing to write home about. I would never recommend if asked where to eat in Mt Morris

I've been to Mount Morris three times so far, and I've been to Questa Lasagna three times. It's a great little place. The first time I was there it was a quiet night with only a couple other tables occupied. The waitress Ellen did an excellent job. I talked to her about moving to the area (I was interviewing for a job there) and she told me all about the town and surrounding areas. I think I ordered vegetable lasagna, which was good, but not to die for, and I skipped on dessert. The second time, I went with my wife, and we had another excellent conversation with both Ellen, and Tim who owns the place and cooks as well. It was great having him tell us about the area while we were able to watch him make the fresh lasagna there. I think I got the pasta fagioli, which again was good, but not the best entree I've had. However the panna cotta and chocolate lasagna were delicious. The third time I went the place was packed. Our service was good. The atmosphere was wonderful as always. I ordered pasta alfredo and really enjoyed it. Overall the food is good. We are vegetarian and there are several options to choose from. Everything is very fresh. The desserts are amazing. And the atmosphere, small town classy feel, tops it off.

The experience I had was mixed. The server was nice. However, she unfortunately mixed our orders and had to wait for a replacement. Also, most restaurants would give free dessert or take part of the bill as an apology. This did not occur. The chicken Alfredo lasagna was good but needed salt which is an easy fix. However, the cheese lasagna had Gorgonzola (similar to blue cheese) which overpowered the flavor. Essentially more of a bitter taste than anything. The lemon cake was actually delicious. Not too sweet which was perfect. Honestly, not a restaurant I'd quickly return to, but good enough to say you should give it a try and decide for yourself.

Definitely the best Italian restaurant for pasta in Upstate NY! Home-style food with awesome service and generous portions. Freshly made pasta - Scampi with angel hair, butter, lemon, garlic, and parsley was my favorite dish from dinner. Baked eggplant and the garlic bread was quite nice as well. The only downside was that they don't serve alcohol - dinner would have been perfect with a glass of wine. A little on the pricier side for dinner, especially for this area. However, prices for lunch seem much more reasonable. Great find during my trip to Letchworth!

Killer food, service, old Italian style home cooking. The beef lasagna was piping hot and very authentic. Definitely the best I have had since my last trip to Europe.

While visiting Mount Morris, we ate at Questa for our second time (we tried it about 2 years ago when in town as well). I had the daily special, which was a four cheese ravioli, with peppers inside...delicious. The only thing I'd change about the ravioli is that it seemed a bit too al dente for me, but the flavor was delicious. My husband had the seafood lasagna, which was different, but highly enjoyable. With a mother who makes world class lasagna, he thought it was very close to her standard. The salads are fresh and crisp, not watered down like many others, and the dressings are great! Garlic bread with cheese was good while hot, but flavor diminished as it cooled at the table. We are both heavy iced tea drinkers, and were a little disappointed that they don't have fresh brewed iced tea, but serve bottled instead. Also, no Splenda :-( Overall, both visits were great, and we plan to make this a regular stop each time we're in town. Great to see this restaurant as a anchor for the village, as the quality is super!

My wife & I were visiting Letchworth st. Park when we came upon an Italian festival in Mt. Morris. We were looking for a place to eat and saw Questa. We figured that all the Italians living here this place had to be decent. We were wrong it was great. I had scungile fra diavalo over homemade spagetti and I have to say it was one off the best I have ever eaten. The chocolate lasagna was a great dessert and unusual but it was definitely for 2 maybe 3. Went back there for lunch two days later and was still good and the portions more manageable.

Fresh pasta. Polite, efficient service. Tasty food. The chocolate lasagna was worth the calories. Not sure what they are thinking by putting cheese with fish though. Four of us had a great dinner for about eighty bucks. Great value and good quality.

Charming little restaurant with tasty fresh pasta. I had the shrimp pasta which were plump, crunchy, and every bit as fresh as the pasta they sat upon. A spacious restaurant with considerable specials. Be sure to dine in the window to enjoy the goings-on of Main Street. Questa is a great addition to the growing selection that is Main Street Mount Morris.

Always delicious when I'm in the mood for the freshest (they don't use anything frozen) Italian food. A tiny gem on Mt. Morris's Main Street. They seem ot have conquered the early wildly uneven service issues.

Questa Lasagna was a very nice surprise on the way home to Bethesda from Toronto. The GPS in the car decided to take us on a completely different route coming home than going up there and as a result we ended up in the small town of Mt Morris. The restaurant was very nice - clean with white table cloths and fresh flowers on every table. It had a combination of fine dining ambiance and cafe/pastry shop. Both the waiter and the cook (who we think may have been the owner) were very nice. I got the beef lasagna and my girlfriend got the cheese. Both were delicious (not to mention priced and portioned nicely for lunch). Maybe the best restaurant lasagna I've had. We got a few cookies on the way out and they were all great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're passing through the area.

I was very intrigued by this place. Having attended SUNY Geneseo for four years, there was never many *decent* options around than your typical college town pizza and sub shops. Also I was curious to its location, Mt. Morris, only short drive away, I had only driven thru it once or twice. A small joint, only about ten tables, most of which were full on a Tuesday night, always a good sign! I was set on getting the scallops special after viewing it on their FB page. But I love the lasagna. It's just so hearty and filling. When I saw the seafood lasagna on the menu, with shrimp, scallops and tilapia, I knew I couldn't go wrong and it was the best of both worlds. I mean, the place does have the lasagna in its name, and it's slogan is no freezers, no fryers. Again intrigued. To start off, we ordered the bruschetta. It was slightly different than I was used to, with the cheese melted over the top, definitely a good starter. The entrees come, and you can choose between a lunch size or dinner, and the dinner size was pretty big! The lasagna had good size chunks of the seafood I mentioned which was refreshing. After about 3/4s of the way through it, the ricotta started to become too much, and I couldn't finish it, which is so unlike me! My date ordered chicken stuffed ravioli, that had a great marinara sauce in it. I used the table bread that we got to soak up some more of it! After being quite full, and not finishing the entree, the waitress asked about dessert, and I inquired what was their signature dish. Chocolate lasagna?!? Chocolate was the 'pasta' and cannoli filling was the ricotta. Oh lord, really, really good! I also got an almond biscotti. I forgot to get tea with it, but good taste. For where it is, Questa absolutely crushes the competition. Don't forgot to get the chocolate lasagna, a must!

There is a step at the entrance of the building so it should NOT be described as "Wheelchair Accessible: Yes". I don't know about the restroom because we all couldn't get in. The waitress didn't know.

We had a delicious lunch. Nice selection. Service was good. VERY disappointed this restaurant is NOT handicap accessible. A kind patron helped me lift my mother's wheelchair up the one high step to get into the restaurant. If not for him we would not have been able to enjoy this wonderful place. Please help many people enjoy your restaurant by looking into making accessible to wheelchairs.

Attempting to continue on my path to a tight, sexy waistline, I accompanied my parents to Questa Lasagna, committed to ordering a meal that was delicious and filling, but didn't require a belt loosening afterward. I recently downloaded a calorie counter app and I didn't want my phone to explode after it was made aware that I had consumed an entire dinner-sized portion of beef lasagna and load of chocolate lasagna for dessert. Consequently, I opted for a lunch-sized portion of the Mussels alla Marinara special, a bottle of San Pelligrino, and Balsamic Vinaigrette on my salad. I was so proud of myself. The big bottle of San Pelligrino for $2.50 was much cheaper than the $6 bottles I'm used to ordering in restaurants (and a lot cheaper than the $12 bottle of Voss I mistakenly ordered once in Boston) and every bit as refreshing. I wasn't expecting much from my $11 pasta dish, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw 15 plump PEI Mussels atop a perfectly sensible portion of fresh pasta. I didn't think I could get fish this fresh if the words Lento or Wegmans weren't in the restaurant's name, but I was wrong. As Brian T. mentioned, Questa does not have freezers, nor does it have microwaves, so I guess I could have figured out the mussels would be fresh, but I was too hungry to do such complex reasoning. I felt great after devouring my reasonably sized meal, so I ordered the Panna Cotta, foolishly believing I could afford to eat a few more calories without any harm. I took one bite and my phone exploded. As did the button on my pants. But the panna cotta was great.

Ate dinner here tonight- top shelf all around. Service was excellent, salad dressings superb and potions very generous. We had the beef lasagna and the artichoke ravioli, both very delicious! We had the table by the front window and topped off our meal with a cookie from a local bakery. We already know we are trying the spaghetti and meatballs and the pasta fagioli next trip. Only downside- no liquor license. Don't hesitate to try this place,it's clean, friendly and very welcoming. Chef Tim has covered all the bases !

I am really pleased with this cute little Italian restaurant. It's clean, food is awesome and the staff is really nice. The owner is the chef so the food is great!!! We couldn't decide on the dressing for our salad so they brought us all 4 dressings in sample cups which was plenty. I have had their vegetable lasagna, chocolate lasagna (dessert) and their fettuccine Alfredo. All items were great but I would say the fettuccine was my personal favorite and the best fettuccine I have ever had. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be visiting them again. Oh and they sell whole grain pasta freshly made and some pastries if you're interested!

Lovely little place in a boring dead-end town (we were passing through). It would really rival other restaurants in busier towns. The menu choices are few (pasta and paninis with the odd special mainly shrimp), but what they do, they do very well. The salads are fresh and delicious with a nice choice of dressings. The staff are friendly and efficient. They don't have a liquor licence and due to the state law don't offer BYO either. Apparently, they are in the process of trying to get a licence: good call, red wine and pasta are a perfect marriage.

I lived in Mount Morris for five long years. Six years ago we moved up the road. Recently, Mount Morris has begun to prosper. This restaurant is a great example of that. We eat here regularly (and I almost always get the vegetarian Lasagna- "oooo it's so good!") and are never disappointed. The wait staff is generally cordial and sweet, the dining area clean and the cookie display mouth watering. The food is delicious. Much of what previous reviewers have said is true, so I won't belabor much. But, I would like to reiterate that the making of their own pasta is a nice touch. The whole wheat pasta is fantastic. And thus far, with the exception of one occasion where I felt the seafood lasagna was overly salty, I've had no complaints. Finally, and this cannot be over stated: save room for dessert. YOU MUST TRY THE CHOCOLATE LASAGNA. I repeat, YOU **MUST** TRY THE CHOCOLATE LASAGNA. I love food. All food. In all it's national iterations and various textures, colors, scents and flavors... I could live the rest of my (very short) life on this master piece. And, I'm not even a huge chocolate fan! At $4.50 there's more than enough for two people to share- if you must. Order it. Share it. Love it.

Absolutely some of the best lasagna to be had anywhere. I can't wait to try them all. Neat little place, and the fresh menu is very good. I'll be back, and I'm certain I'll be recommending Questa Lasagna often.

The place looks nice for an authentic Italian. I saw the guy working on the lasagna dough. It was fresh. I had a green salad. With creamy Italian sauce with a little bit of olive oil. It was fresh and seems like they are using local market. I ordered beef lasagna and waited for more than 15 mins but it worth it. The lasagna had good marinara sauce, cheese was delicious. There was two kinds of beef, ground and chunks but I didn't like the fact that there is chunks of beef. But over all if anyone was in the area try you will enjoy the taste of it. Some of my friends had pasta with mussels and marinara sauce it was delicious. Don't miss the Bruchetta.

After a day of Letchworth State Park we's a hungray! I was kind of worried about finding a restaurant that would suit my foreign relatives but seeing the 3 reviews with high marks I was certain we were safe. It was a very clean and fresh looking restaurant from the pictures and from the outside. Judging from appearance I was a bit proud of my ability to have found this place and was hyped to try their lasagna. I must say, their ingredients were good, but I wasn't too hot about the fact that they used the same sauce for the lasagna and pasta. The sauce was just a tad too sour for our tastes. They also over baked the cheese on the lasagna as well. The salad and Italian panini were very tasty. For a small town with limited choices (in a town with probably 4 restaurants) on just about every damn thing there is, I gave it an extra star for effort and presentation. Call me a city Yankee snob I DON'T CARE!

So glad my girlfriend and i found this place on yelp. My girlfriend lkves lasagna, so she was very excited about trying this place. Have to say we were not dissapointed. We arrived here on monday at around five, the restaurant was empty except for us at first. Restaurant is very nice, small and quaint and has a lovely atmosphere. We both decided to order the chicken alfredo lasagna. Salads were good, fresh and the dressings, although the balsamic had a bit too much vinegar, the creamy italian was delicious. Next came the lasagna, i can say it was worth the extra wait. Food was pipping hot and the sauce was delicious, alobg with the filling. Everything tasted super fresh and i could tell it was handmade. Star of the show was the choc lasagna we shared, words cannot adequately describe how good this was, worth the extra calories. Service was very good, water was refilled and the hostess was super nice. If there were any negatives it was the bread, sadly it did not match up to the rest of the food, which is dissappointing. All in all a cant moss restaurant.

The seafood lasagna was delicious, loaded with tilapia, scallops and shrimp in a cream sauce. What was nice about it was that it was a personal lasagna light on the pasta and loaded with seafood goodness. The cream sauce was surprisingly light which is important for me as I almost always avoid cream sauce but really wanted seafood.

Not strictly authentic, but high quality, reasonably priced food. Well worth a stop after visiting the park. I got bruschetta (interesting take), pasta fagioli (one of the best I've had in the states), and cannoli (approaching Sicilian). Highly recommended especially considering its location in a small town.

Best pasta fagioli I have ever had, and my husband had a great lasagna. They make their own salad dressings and the anchovy Caesar dressing with unbelievably good. It's an hour drive from our house and I want to go back again today!

I have been there twice. The second meal was better than the first, but since the first was quite good (and amazing for Mount Morris), I'd say we have a local winner. We frequently try daily specials and that was the case on both visits. First visit was seafood lasagna and scallops on linguine. Since they make their pasta right there, the pasta component almost makes the meal on it's own. I have never had such good pasta in a restaurant before. The 2nd visit we 2 had salmon ravioli- flavorful stuffing in perfectly mastered pasta with a creamy tomato sauce. Mine was salmon & julienne vegetables baked in parchment. Salmon was cooked and lightly seasoned and the vegetables still had a little bite to them - I hate mush. The thing that topped this off was the simple small bowl of pasta & sauce on the side. At most restaurants, this would be an obligatory afterthought and would taste like one. Here, freshly made pasta could have been center stage. The texture and flavor was great and the sauce (or perhaps I should call it chopped cooked tomatoes, since it resembles nothing from a jar) properly seasoned and complimented the thick, square-cut long pasta. It was like having a 2nd meal after the salmon. We haven't tried the deserts - we never have any room.

I live here in town and eat here frequently. The place is awesome!! Everything about this place is great!
